my first 35mm roll of my first month in dublin. everything i thought it would be worth it to keep with me.

Nossa Senhora do Rosário used to be a slave church, now after four centuries, it has expensive statues and modern painting to amuse the tourists. but the descendants of the blacks and mulattoes continue to bring the tradition to the cobblestone streets, reciting their poetry in form of prayer.

few monthes ago when i finally got the courage to try riding a bicycle i found this place called pine garden, near the highway to são paulo. my last days in brazil were especially sunny, guess it was a gift frrom st. george, and riding to pine garden became my favorite activity.

byzantium, constantinople, istanbul, whatever it’s called, this city have always fascinated me. i bet the streets of istanbul still smell the fires of middle ages’s summers and justinian’s ghost potters around hagia sophia thinking how lucky he was to live and die in this beautiful place.
